These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all participants entering the The bubble Club  2026 Ibiza Padel Tournament  (“Tournament”). By submitting an entry, each participant (“Contestant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Requisitos de elegibilidad

1.1. Contestants must be  existing or new clients of LUZ123 .
1.2. Contestants must adhere to their correct group level
1.3. LUZ123 reserves the right to request proof of identity or eligibility at any time.

2. Requisitos de admisión

2.1. Entry to the Tournament is  free , subject to the conditions outlined below.
2.2. To enter, participants must submit their  latest electricity invoice  to LUZ123 for the purpose of performing a  free energy review .
23. Participants agree that LUZ123 will review their electricity contract and consumption data in order to compare and propose alternative tariffs or providers.

3. Revisión y cambio gratuitos

3.1. LUZ123 will conduct a free review of the submitted electricity invoice to determine whether a  better energy deal  can be offered.
3.2. If a better deal is found, the participants agree to  switch through LUZ123  to complete their Tournament registration.
3.3. If  no better deal can be found , LUZ123 will still grant the participant  one free Tournament entry  following completion of the review.

4. Límites de entrada

4.1.  Only one Tournament entry is permitted per electricity invoice review.
4.2. Multiple invoices from the same household or business may not be submitted for additional entries unless expressly approved by LUZ123.
4.3. Entries submitted without a valid invoice review will not be accepted.

5. Fecha límite de inscripción

5.1. The  final deadline for entry  is  Friday, 16 January 2026 at 23:59 CET .

6. Formato del torneo

6.1. The Tournament will take place over three days.
6.2. Match format, schedules, categories, and rules will be communicated to registered contestants prior to the event.
6.3. LUZ123 reserves the right to adjust the Tournament format if necessary (eg, weather, venue conditions, number of participants).

7. Conducta y juego limpio

7.1. All contestants must adhere to the rules of padel and maintain respectful conduct.
7.2. Any misconduct, unsportsmanlike behavior, or violation of rules may result in disqualification.

8. Premios

8.1. In the Men’s Categories B, C, and D , the prizes are as follows: Category B awards €800 to the winning pair and €200 to the runners-up ; Category C awards €350 to the winning pair and €150 to the runners-up ; and Category D awards €100 to the winning pair and €50 to the runners-up . In the Women’s Categories C and D , Category C awards €350 to the winning pair and €150 to the runners-up , while Category D awards €100 to the winning pair and €50 to the runners-up .

9. Responsabilidad

9.1. Contestants participate at their own risk.
9.2. LUZ123 and event partners accept no liability for injuries, losses, or personal property damage incurred during participation.
9.3. Contestants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to compete.

10. Protección de datos

10.1. Al participar, los concursantes aceptan que LUZ123 pueda procesar su factura de electricidad y sus datos personales con los siguientes fines:

• Realización de la revisión energética

• Administración de la inscripción en el torneo

• Communicating event-related information
  10.2. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

11. Derecho a modificar o cancelar

11.1. LUZ123 reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the Tournament or these Terms if circumstances require.
11.2. Any changes will be communicated to contestants as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Aceptación

Al enviar una factura de electricidad y registrarse en el Torneo, los participantes reconocen que han leído, comprendido y aceptado estos Términos.
